Refund policy

  1. Overview
    Humari koshish hoti hai ke aap bilkul khush rahein. Agar aapko product se koi masla ho to hum refund ya exchange offer karte hain (terms neeche).

  2. Eligibility (Kis cheez par refund milega)

  • Product ko delivery ke 7 din ke andar return/report karna zaroori hai.

  • Product unused, original packaging aur receipt/invoice ke saath hona chahiye.

  • Sale/discounted items par sirf faulty honay ki surat mein refund ya exchange diya ja sakta hai (agar product description mein mukhtalif mention na ho).

  • Personalized/custom products par return aur refund generally allowed nahin hota (jab tak manufacturing fault ho).

  1. Faulty / Damaged Items
    Agar item damaged ya defective pohanche to humein 48 ghanto ke andar photo bhejein aur order number share karein. Hum replacement, repair, ya full refund denge — case ki detail par depend karta hai.

  2. Refund Process

    • Refund request receive hone ke baad hum 3–7 business dinon mein review kar ke aapko update kar denge.

    • Approved refund original payment method mein wapas kiya jayega. Bank processing time alag ho sakta hai (3–10 business din).

    • Shipping charges (agar return customer ki wajah se ho) policy aur case ke mutabiq adjust ho sakte hain.

    1. Return Shipping

    • Agar return humari ghalati (wrong item/faulty) ki wajah se hai to return shipping hum cover karenge.

    • Customer mistake (wrong size/changed mind) ki surat mein return shipping customer ki zimmedari ho sakti hai.

    1. Partial Refunds

      • Partial refunds possible hain agar product ka kuch hissa missing ho ya item use hua ho.

      • Cancellations
        Order ship hone se pehle cancellation free hai. Agar order ship ho chuka ho to cancellation ko return policy ke mutabiq treat kiya jayega.
